Year 12s Explore Legal London
On Friday, our Year 12 students had the unique opportunity to delve into the world of law. Accompanied by Roger ter Haar KC, a highly experienced barrister and arbitrator, the group visited the Royal Courts of Justice and explored Inner Temple and Middle Temple where Shakespeare's Twelfth Night was first performed in 1602. Roger shared fascinating insights into his career, bringing the realities of legal practice to life.
A standout moment was lunch at the historic Inner Temple Dining Hall, where students dined in a setting steeped in tradition and prestige. The classic fish and chips proved to be a popular choice, adding a touch of comfort to the inspiring atmosphere.
This trip offered an invaluable glimpse into the legal profession, sparking curiosity and ambition among the students as they consider their future career paths.
