Year 10 Adventure Camp: Scaling New Heights and Building Stronger Bonds

This week 48 of our Year 10 students embarked on an unforgettable three-day adventure at Lodge Hill in Pulborough. Not only did they tackle thrilling outdoor activities like wall climbing, archery, high wobble boarding, and shelter building, but they also had the chance to spend the evening around the campfire, a perfect setting to swap stories from the day and build even stronger bonds with their peers.

In between the adrenaline-fuelled fun, our staff led sessions focused on culture, study skills, leadership, and teamwork. These lessons are crucial as students begin their GCSE journey, strengthening their skills in line with Thames Christian School’s values of honour and resilience.

With new challenges, new friendships, and plenty of campfire memories, it was a fantastic start to the school year!
