London to Brighton Bike Ride: Charles & Peter’s Fundraising Success!

Our Year 13 students Charles and Peter took on the 55-mile London to Brighton bike ride on Sunday to raise funds for their upcoming trip to Musoma this October with Go MAD in Tanzania. The boys set off from Clapham Common at 9:30am and, after nearly 7 hours of cycling, arrived in Brighton at 4:20pm. Their ride wasn't without challenges, including conquering the infamous Ditchling Beacon, the highest point in East Sussex, known for its steep climb and breathtaking views across the Weald and South Downs. Both students supported each other throughout the journey, and their determination paid off, raising a combined total of £1,000 so far. The funds will go towards building water tanks and reforestation, some of Go MAD's community projects in Tanzania. Charles and Peter’s dedication to the cause is truly inspiring, and we are extremely proud of their efforts!
