Unwrapping the Unconscious: A Level Students Explore the Freud Museum in London

This week, our Psychology A Level students had the enriching opportunity to visit the Freud Museum in Hampstead, London. Led by Ms. Stileman, our dedicated Psychology teacher, the trip provided a unique chance to delve into Sigmund Freud's groundbreaking theories on psychoanalysis and the unconscious mind, crucial components of our AQA Psychology curriculum. At Thames Christian School, our small classes and bespoke learning methods enable our students to deepen their education through educational trips and 1:1 debating with teachers. This visit exemplified our commitment to immersive learning experiences, allowing students to engage directly with the material they study. They returned with new ideas and reading materials for the summer, excited to explore further the fascinating world of psychology.
